An old picture of Walter Davidson, president and general manager of the Harley-Davidson Motor Co., astride one of the first experimental twin-cylinder motorcycles built by the company. It is interesting to note that while this motor was built in 1908, it was 1911 before it was ever put on the market, --- another example of Harley-Davidson thoroughhess.

Three guesses - who is the man on the motorcycle? Right ! - It IS Arthur Davidson, secretary and general sales manager of the harley-Davidson Motor Co., taken fiteen years ago when Arthur was visiting in New York State. The Machine is a 1905 model.
